Kaleji Karhai Recipe in English
Ingredients اجزاء
Kaleji 1 kg (Beef liver) کلیجی 1 کلو
2 onions Paste پیاز 2 عدد
2 tomatoes sliced ٹماٹر 2 عدد
Fresh coriander (dhania) ہرا دھنیا
6 green chillies ہری مرچیں 6 عدد
Oil ¾ cup or as required کپ یا حسب ضرورت ¾ تیل
Yogurt ¾ cup کپ ¾ دہی
Ginger & garlic paste 3 tbsp ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ 3 ٹیبل سپون
Red chilli powder 1 tsp لال مرچ پائوڈر 1 ٹی سپون
Red chilli Flakes ½ tsp
Salt to taste نمک حسب ذائقہ
Coriander powder ½ tsp ٹی سپون ½دھنیا پائوڈر
Cumin powder ½ tsp ٹی سپون ½زیرہ پائوڈر
Fenugreek leaves (qasuri methi) 1 tbsp قصوری میتھی 1 ٹیبل سپون
Fenugreek seeds ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder (haldi) ½ tsp ہلدی پائوڈر ½ ٹی سپون
Garam masala powder ¼ tsp گرم مصالحہ پائوڈر ¼ ٹی سپون
Recipe in Urdu:
-Kaleji (Mutton liver) ½ kg
-Lehsan (Garlic) freshly crushed 1 tbs
-Oil ½ Cup
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped 4-5 medium
-Adrak lehssan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed ½ tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 3
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Dhania (Coriander seeds) ½ tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Qasuri meethi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tsp
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne
-Hari mirch (Green chilies)
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander)
Koti lal mich 1 /2 tsp
Methi dana ¼ tsp
