Pakoda Kadhi Recipe | Kadhi Pakoda Recipe In Hindi | Traditional Punjabi...



Kadhi is made by different people by different methods. Some prefer thick some sour some with Pakode and some without pakode. Today I will show you my way of making this recipe.

Pakora Curry پکوڑا کڑھی, a blend of yogurt and besan (gram flour) with besan pakoras, is served with plain white rice. This dish is popular in Pakistan and India.

Ingredients
For Kadhi-

  • 2 cup chickpea flour (besan)
  • as per required water
  • 1 Kg curd (little sour)
  • ¾ tsp salt or salt to taste
  • 3 tbs turmeric powder
  • 2 tbs red chilli powder
  • 1 tbs coriander powder
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • 1-1 tbs ginger garlic paste
  • 1 large slice onoin 
  • 2 medium size Tomato
  • For Pakode-
  • 2 cup chickpea flour 
  • 1 onion (Large)
  • 2-3 green chillies (optional)
  • ½ tsp salt 
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbs crushed doriander seeds
  • 1 tbs cumin seeds 
  • Handful of fresh coriander/ cilantro leaves 
  • Oil for deep frying 
For Tadka-
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds (whole)
  • 8 dried red chillies
  • 10 Curry Leaves
