Fillets Recipe | Enjoy delicious

Today we have a very special dish recipe Pasanday recipe is made with prime cut of beef or mutton Pasanday recipe. Pasanda is a traditional recipe for a classic lightly spiced curry of beef and onions cooked in yogurt. It is a traditional Pakistani Dish.Its very tasty and easy to make at home.

Ingredients:

– Pasanday 1/2 kg (Fillets)
– Oil ½ Cup
– Salt 1 tsp or to taste
– Red Chill Powder 1 tbsp
– Yogurt 4-5 tbsp
– Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
– Onion 3 sliced
– Green chilies paste 2-3
– Water 2 cups
– cloves 3-4
– Green cardamom -2-3
Poppy seed 3 tbsp
– Coriander Seed Powder 1 tbsp
– all spice powder ½ tsp
– turmeric powder ½ tsp
– Chopped Coriander to Garnish
Kachri powder 1 tbsp (Dried kachri powder, when used in cooking, adds a tangy taste)

Directions. In a bowl, combine yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder , all spice powder, Kachri powder, Poppy seed, Coriander Seed Powder, turmeric and salt.

Heat oil in a large heavy skillet over medium-high heat.

Garnish with cilantro, green chilies, and fresh cream And Serve with Boiled Rice OR Rotis.
