The Nutritional Value of Chicken

Chicken Chunks Recipe Ingredients:
  • Bread slices 2
  • Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup
  • Chicken boneless cubes 1/2 KG
  • Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 3 tbs
  • Hari mirch (Green chilies) 1
  • Anda (Egg) 1
  • Chicken tikka masala 2 tbs
  • Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1-1 tbs
  • Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
  • Lal Mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp or to taste
  • Baking soda ½ tsp
  • Oil 2 tbs
Directions:

In chopper, add bread slices, milk, chicken, onion, fresh coriander, green chillies, egg, chicken tikka masala, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli crushed, baking soda, oil and chop until well combined.

Grease dish with oil, add prepared chicken mixture and press it evenly, cover & bake in preheated oven at 160 C for 10-15 minutes or microwave (medium-power) for 10-12 minutes.

Let it cool and cut into square cubes.

Can be frozen for up to 3 weeks in an airtight container.

In a frying pan, add oil and chicken chunks, stir fry until golden brown.
